By accessing and using this property management system ("the System") operated by QHomez LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the System.

2. System Purpose

The System is an internal property management platform designed for managing real estate properties, leases, tenants, financial transactions, mortgages, and related operations. Access is restricted to authorized users only.

3. User Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the System, you agree to:

• Use the System only for its intended property management purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the System.
• Not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Not use the System in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding property management and tenant relations.

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data you enter into the System, including but not limited to property details, lease terms, financial records, and tenant information. QHomez LLC is not liable for any errors, losses, or consequences resulting from inaccurate data entry by users.

6. Intellectual Property

The System, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of QHomez LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the System without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The System is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• QHomez LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the System.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the System shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the System.
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data or reports generated by the System.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QHomez LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the System or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the System at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the System will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the System shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon updating this page. Your continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
